Our artistic vision began more than 30 years ago with the creation of Ballet Academy Ventura as a training ground for professional and university-bound students as well as dancers who will forever love and support the arts. In 1998, Ventura County Ballet was founded as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization - presenting world-class performances with internationally acclaimed professional dancers performing alongside pre-professional dancers from Ballet Academy Ventura.
